What it is01
The Juniors classes
Kids can train in three disciplines. Mini Gloves boxing is for 5 to 11 year olds and Teenage Boxing for 11 to 16s, both on Monday and Wednesday afternoons with James Forde. Junior Muay Thai is for 5 to 16s on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. Junior Jiu Jitsu is for 6 to 16s on Monday and Wednesday at 18:00 and Saturday at 10:15, coached by the Forde's BJJ team.
Boxing and Thai boxing are £65 a month each, or £14 a class. Junior BJJ is £50 a month for all three kids' classes with grading twice a year. If your child wants to do everything, the All Junior Classes plan is £100 a month.
There is a free Junior BJJ trial class for 6 to 16 year olds, booked on TeamUp and valid for 30 days. For boxing and Muay Thai, book a first session and we will take it from there.
